Job Description

Agile Defense is looking for a Program Manager with robust experience supporting Navy training initiatives and overseeing complex, multi-faceted programs. The ideal candidate will bring disciplined expertise across program execution, workforce leadership, and customer engagement to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality results.
Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
Program and Personnel Management
Financial Management
Risk Management Policies and Assessment
Successfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexity
Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractors
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget
Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
• Eight (8) years program management experience with four (4) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs
• Active PMP certification
• Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret clearance at minimum
