Responsibilities

As an Agile Delivery Manager with strong QA & Testing experience, you will be responsible for ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across agile teams, with particular emphasis on testing excellence, quality governance, and release reliability. 

You will: 

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery across agile teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. 

• Own and drive milestone planning, translating product objectives into clear delivery increments and timelines. 

• Ensure alignment between sprint execution and milestone commitments, maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and forecasts. 

• Proactively identify, manage, and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies to prevent delivery delays. 

• Establish effective mechanisms for dependency tracking and resolution, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. 

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to support both execution and delivery outcomes. 

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and commitments. 

• Monitor and improve delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, milestone adherence, quality indicators). 

• Understand, engage with, and drive the effectiveness of QA and testing practices, including test automation strategies, to ensure quality is embedded and delivery efficiency is maximized. 

• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment within an agile context. 

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles within software development environments. 
• Strong practical experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), with a clear understanding of end-to-end delivery dynamics. 
• Proven ability to plan and manage delivery against milestones and timelines, ensuring alignment between short-term execution and broader delivery goals. 
• Demonstrated experience identifying, managing, and resolving cross-team dependencies in complex delivery environments. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business, product, and engineering expectations. 
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, cycle time) to guide decisions and improvements. 
• Solid understanding of QA and testing practices, including how test automation and quality gates support efficient delivery (hands-on experience is a plus). 
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and QA. 
• Ability to facilitate teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience leading QA transformation or automation maturity initiatives. 
• Exposure to performance, security, or compliance testing in enterprise environments. 
• Experience in scaled delivery models (multiple teams / release trains). 
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced).
