Context:

Contributing to the structuring of our Key Accounts team as part of Agicap's move up-market. This central position serving our key accounts involves extensive client interaction and coordination across various Agicap teams.

Missions:

🎯 Structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts:

 βˆ™ Organizing and leading kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts.
 βˆ™ Supervising and coordinating technical processes for the setup of customized solutions.
 βˆ™ Coordinating Teams
 βˆ™ Collaborating closely with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.
 βˆ™ Serving as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.
 βˆ™ Enhancing the current team's project management skills;

  • A degree from a top business school or engineering school
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a management consulting firm, financial consulting firm, or as a deployment project manager (tools, programs, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive and engage project stakeholders
  • Organizational rigor and project management skills
  • Interest in financial issues and cash management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment
  • Ability to work with diverse teams (sales, CS, marketing, product, etc.)
