Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (m/f/d)

We are on search of an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Elements team. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive development of a multicomponent platform, including building SDKs, using both backend and frontend skills. Your responsibilities will range from designing system architecture to high-level programming, performance testing, and systems integration. This position is based in Berlin, Germany, and reports to the Director of Engineering

You will be a great match if you:

• Have strong experience in writing technical documentation, including the C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records
• Passionate development skills on both front and back-end with extensive experience using Javascript, Typescipt, Node.js and React. Individuals who do not possess experience using these languages are welcome to apply so long you are able to showcase your ability to learn and contribute to overall development work
• Extensive expertise in cloud computing and native environment using AWS, Azure or GCP
• Understand design patterns and have working experience in developing and deploying microservices on the cloud
• Hands-on with REST APIs and able to apply Test Driven Development principles effectively.
• Proven track record in building microservices systems and testing them
• Know how to build systems with high data protection requirements, anonymous data handling, and data encryption
• Have advanced troubleshooting skills

• Experience in building Progressive Web Apps
• Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions
• Experience in developing systems with cryptography requirements
