Job Description

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Accountable for timely, compliant, accurate, and persuasive proposal development and leadership.
• Capable of leading large, complex, priority must win pursuits from capture through to interview stage, as required.
• Understands capture planning best practice and provides robust support and guidance to capture managers in development of the win strategy.
• Supports U+P KSA Director and AA/UAE commercial teams in terms of follow-up of U+P ICAs execution, cash collection and other KPIs reporting.
• Provides management and guidance to other project managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are provided in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and technical leads. 
• Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
• Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
