The Opportunity
As Solution Architects in the Product Development Organization, we are primary drivers for making customers, field teams, and partners successful in their implementation and adoption of Adobe Experience Platform and Applications. We work with Adobe's strategic customers to ensure technical success, product adoption and advancement. Based on customer usage and feedback we identify and drive product innovation through the development lifecycle. We work to establish standard methodologies and technical guides for the broader Adobe ecosystem to increase product adoption, enablement and customer success.
We are subject matter experts that advise development initiatives by identifying product enhancements and features to improve the overall adoption, value realization, and successful usage of Adobe’s products.
This specific role is to be a Lead Solution Architect in the Customer Journey Management domain of applications, including Adobe Journey Optimizer and Experience Decisioning.
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OUR SAN JOSE OFFICE, CANDIDATES MUST BE IN THE BAY AREA OR ABLE TO RELOCATE.
What You'll Do
Work closely with customers and implementation teams to understand functional requirements of specific use cases.
Guide in solution architecture recommendations and provide enablement across applications and services to field teams, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor to help ensure customer success and scale the business.
Work with customers, support teams, product and engineering to help resolve critical customer issues and drive requests to resolution.
Author and deliver use case prototypes, labs, and guides that serve as a reference for customer and partner implementations and integrations.
Find opportunities for product improvements and new solutions through the implementation process. Drive product advancement aligned to customer use cases and the implementation experience.
Design and build tools, knowledge, and frameworks that assist customers in running and operating their implementations. Contribute to training and advancement for the Adobe AI Assistant to help automate and scale learning, support, and usage of the applications.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong capability to collaborate across various roles including engineering, product management, sales, consulting and customer support to enhance product value and functionality.
Product-minded: Understands and prioritizes customer needs and business goals to guide decision making and product improvements.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to conduct research and synthesize recommendations.
Good communication to articulate sophisticated ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to discover product opportunities, drive strategy, and translate customer feedback into actionable technical requirements.
Experience leading large-scale business application implementations for enterprise customers.
Strong consulting background, from deep technical debugging to high-level project direction and use case strategy.
Proficient interpersonal skills to lead customer meetings, coordinate work streams, document decisions, and communicate optimally.
Deep experience in enterprise architecture, Adobe clouds, and solutions. Preferably experience in Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer.
Passion for learning new technologies and industry trends, with technical curiosity to investigate to resolve issues and establish technical credibility.
Technical background in web and mobile technologies (HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, SQL, APIs, scripting languages).
Familiarity with advertising and customer experience technologies (DMPs, Ad servers, CDPs, Analytics, and Campaign Management, etc.).
Knowledge of data warehousing, customer data environments, and CRM systems.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
