This is a position in Adobe Elements team. Our team is focusing on evolving our apps ecosystem by expanding on Web platform. You will be responsible for owning implementation of new features and improving existing ones for offering consistent value to our users and drive business impact. You will get opportunity to own end to end execution and flexibility to work on new ideas or experiments which has potential to impact product/business goals. An ideal candidate would need a keen eye for details and high standards for code quality and efficiency. What you’ll do

• Own product solutions through their end-to-end development lifecycle ensuring high quality.
• Contribute extensively in the analysis, design, prototype and implementation of new features and improving existing ones.
• As a key member of the team, you will be encouraged to create, build, test, and deploy stable, scalable, and simple solutions.
• Work very closely with product management, experience designers,and quality engineering for defining requirements for features.
• Develop methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
• Should contribute significantly towards the development and application of advanced concepts, technologies and expertise within the team.
• Adapt to new technologies quickly and bring new innovative ideas to the product.
• Work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ensure high quality code and related documentation and mentor juniors to produce their best work.
   

Must have skills

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from an esteemed institute.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on design/development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ or Java, data structures, and algorithm.
• Should be willing to work on C++ and have excellent debugging skills.
• Good understanding of concepts of memory handling, concurrency, performance of system are must.
• Knowledge of software fundamentals including design & analysis of algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation, and unit testing.
• Good understanding of object oriented design and knowledge of product life cycles and associated issues.
• Raises the bar in work by producing high quality outputs, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Be an excellent teammate with good written and oral communication skill
• Can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges. Self-motivated learner to adapt to new technologies quickly and use the skills to improve product/systems.

Nice to have skills

• Image/video domain understanding
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/HTML
