Senior Program Manager 

The Challenge

The Document Cloud organization is looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Program Manager to drive the development in the Document Cloud space. The role requires an individual with excellent project management abilities and an outstanding track record of delivering results.

This role serves as the central resource for design, process, test, quality as the various offerings and capabilities move to production and distribution. The role also will serve as Agile development specialist, mentoring teams on the best Agile practices and contributing to establishing strong Agile framework within the organization. The Sr. Engineering Program Manager will build project timeline including preparing for and driving strategic landmark reviews.

The Role

  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.
  • Closely partner across project, product and subject area boundaries, working with service, marketing, business, engineering and product teams to handle dependencies, define schedules, plans, and drive alignment.
  • Drive projects and coordinate inter-dependencies across product teams on delivering to plan.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, project timeline, feature scope, commitments and project-related decisions.
  • Be a change agent: Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our customers.
  • Effectively handle change and risk, collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are thoughtfully adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
  • Handle status and reporting to provide project clarity and transparency to different levels in the org and partners.
  • Manage and drive sophisticated decision-making and problem solving in a decisive, confident and timely manner.
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be an agile coach and mentor: Participating in daily agile activities and acting as an advisor to support teams to improve efficiency and productivity and ensuring the right features are designed and delivered on time with the highest quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager in SaaS and/or related industry. A combined history of product management, Dev or quality engineering work with customer support experience.
  • BS/BA or equivalent relevant years experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with a history of helping them deliver against a backlog
  • Solid ability to provide structure and vital process without compromising execution or the needs of the team, customer or product.
  • Demonstrable record to lead multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management.
  • Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog and development management are required.
  • Customer focus and ability to demonstrate intuition, customer feedback and data to rapidly test and validate products and features.
  • Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
