• Experience as Consulting Manager or Senior Consultant in a large consulting organization.

• 2 or more years Managing Agile development projects.

• Proven experience managing off-shore teams.

• Fluent Japanese speaking and writing skills ( JLPT N1/N2 certified )

• Certified ScrumMaster, PMP Certification

• Solid project management experience in application support and maintenance projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly.

• Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience of managing virtual team.

• 5 plus years' experience as a project manager including client facing project management including delivering enterprise scale web applications.
