Job Description

The Opportunity

The Adobe Administration team is seeking a Computer Scientist 2 – Fullstack (Frontend Heavy) in Noida. In this role, you'll design and build scalable, reusable web experiences used by thousands of users, collaborate on shared platforms, solve problems at scale, and deliver high-quality user experiences using modern web technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Own frontend architecture, technical direction, and delivery from development to production and maintenance.
  • Build, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality React features and accessible user interfaces.
  • Develop reusable components and design patterns aligned with Adobe Spectrum.
  • Drive modern frontend standards, including state management, modular architecture, and tooling.
  • Lead code reviews and improve code quality, testing, maintainability, and performance.
  • Resolve UI performance and scalability issues across browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and web interfaces (REST/GraphQL) in Java.
  • Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence across the team.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 7–10 years of frontend/full-stack experience with strong React expertise.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, responsive and accessible (WCAG) development.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Skilled with modern build tools (Rspack, Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn) and Git.
  • Proficient in bringing to bear AI tools to improve development efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

  • Backend/full-stack background involving Java, cloud services, or serverless platforms.
  • Experience with React Spectrum or similar component libraries and extensibility frameworks/SDKs.
  • Familiarity with micro-frontends, testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress), and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of internationalization (i18n), localization, and developer platform/ecosystem teams.
