Make an Impact/ The role:
As an Associate Integrations Engineer for the APAC region, you will become an integral part of Adjust’s internationally distributed team, contributing to the seamless onboarding and technical success of our partners and clients across this dynamic market. Based in Beijing, you will operate at the intersection of technology and partner-facing collaboration, working hand-in-hand with multiple departments including Account Management and Engineering, to deliver internal and external support as well as high-quality integration experiences for Adjust’s global partners. Your role will involve deep technical engagement throughout the partner lifecycle, from the initial integration phase to long-term support and maintenance.
Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Adjust’s partners worldwide.
- Support partners in integrating with Adjust’s systems and help them maintain and optimize their technical setup over time.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance from initial onboarding to regular updates to ensure seamless and up-to-date integrations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios using internal tools and close collaboration with the engineering team.
- Perform technical evaluations and reviews, identifying potential risks, gaps, or inconsistencies across partner integrations.
- Offer guidance on fraud-related technical inquiries, ensuring partners understand best practices in combating mobile ad fraud.
Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience with Linux, Terminal and Bash commands
- Experience in developing code, Golang is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, high attention to details, interest in complex statistics and math based problems in large data sets
- Hands-on skills of large data analysis, such as bash, shell, SQL, python, perl, R, etc
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Curiosity and deep interest in mobile advertising industry and anti-fraud methodology
- Fluent Mandarin and good level of English communication is required
