What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Joining Adevinta means joining an international group comprising strong local marketplaces (Kleinanzeigen, Leboncoin, Subito, Milanuncios, Marktplaats...). Located in Berlin, you will join the Kleinanzeigen offices for a maternity cover, taking the lead on an Analytics Capabilities Assessment project.

In this context, we are looking for a Senior Data Project Manager (d/f/m) to join our analytics department for a dedicated role on the Analytics Capabilities Assessment project. This is a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) for 1 year.

As maternity leave starts at the beginning of July, we are looking for this replacement as soon as possible to ensure a handover period before the departure on maternity leave.

What you’ll do

• Take over the ongoing project and the first deliverables completed

• Appropriate the work done regarding the interviews with the domain leads and the alignment of the Analytics vision in terms of responsibility, organisation and process (specifically in data visualisation, experimentation, tracking framework definition & consulting on it, predictive analytics and modelling, and cross-functional collaboration)

• Ensure continuity by initiating interviews with data directors and co-building an analytics capabilities vision in terms of responsibility, dependencies, processes, and obtaining support from all directors to achieve this vision.

• More broadly, and after building a global capability vision and establishing recommendations, your role will be to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of an organisation-wide analytics capability assessment project aimed at evaluating the maturity and effectiveness of analytics capabilities across different teams or departments

Who you are

• Min. 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Project Management.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and partners at multiple levels of the organisation. 

• Good knowledge of data visualisation, experimentation and the analytical approach to ensure a relevant view of discussions and coherent recommendations.

• Proficiency in SQL.
