Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. What you’ll do ​& Who you are

• Build the technology future of online classifieds in a scalable, clean and sustainable way
• Improve our applications and APIs to become better each day
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by improving build and test systems
• Establish your own ideas for code and process improvements and achieve the next level together with the team
• Be involved in the whole development lifecycle from architecture to QA, and deployment

• Passion for clean code and an eye for simplicity and pragmatism
• Good programming skills in Java and the Spring Framework
• Solid know-how in object-oriented design
• Interest and ability to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and concepts
• Believer in teamwork and a DevOps approach
• Experience with Continuous Delivery
• Know-how in manual testing and test automation (e.g. JUnit, Testcontainers, REST-assured)
• Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
