The Role
Addepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join the Product Platform team. The Product Platform team is at the heart of powering Addepar’s core engineering capabilities. We play a pivotal role in weaving Addepar data, core utilities, and user experience frameworks into a resilient, shared foundation that enables product teams, partners, and clients to build secure, consistent, and data-driven experiences at scale. Working at the critical intersection of high-scale administration, governance, and developer velocity, our team drives core pillars including decoupled authorization, centralized audit tracking, and high-performance search infrastructure. Working with a healthy mix of modern distributed architecture and existing core systems, the team thrives on solving complex technical challenges to deliver high-impact solutions across the entire ecosystem.
In this high-impact role, you won't just lead a group of engineers—you'll be the driving force behind scaling the Addepar Platform and architecting cross-cutting solutions that redefine how our products interact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the technical direction for cross cutting products across Addepar.
- Collaborating with teams from various departments to successfully implement platform strategies.
- Building and managing a team of exceptional engineers.
- Ensuring flawless and timely execution of deliverables.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners across Addepar.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 425,000 - 510,000 złoty (base salary) .

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements
- Coach and mentor a team of software engineers
- Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
- Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients
Who You Are
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Experience of leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
- Experience or interest in financial technology
- A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
- You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed
- Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
