We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our dynamic Creator Growth team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact digital content that engages diverse audiences across major social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with creators, channel managers, and cross-functional teams to transform raw footage into trend-setting video assets. This position is ideal for an agile storyteller with a deep understanding of online media production who masters modern editing tools, demonstrates strong grit, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets speed.

What You Will Do

• Execute Video Editing Workflows: Cut, edit, and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content aligned with channel strategies and platform best practices (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reels/Shorts).
• Drive Visual Excellence: Enhance content quality using dynamic transitions, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and sub-titling/captioning to maximize viewer retention and audience engagement.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Creator Development leads, Content Strategists, and internal teams to ensure creative concepts and brand guidelines are effectively executed.
• Optimize Video Assets: Prepare and deliver multiple video formats/aspect ratios tailored to specific digital platforms to boost discoverability and channel performance.
• Maintain Efficiency & Speed: Manage end-to-end video post-production workflows under tight timelines while keeping asset management organized and accessible for the team.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Over 1 years of experience video editing experience.
• Highly proficient in creative production tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as general productivity tools like Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, audio editing, and color correction.
• Deep understanding of online media production workflows and digital content ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reels/Shorts)
• High resilience, adaptability, and eager to learn new editing techniques/tools (including AI-driven video tools).
• Highly adaptable with flexible working arrangements.
