The Role
Adarga is a rapidly scaling up technology SME company and we are growing our Mission Engineering team. You will work in our expanding team to deliver customised AI based solutions to our customers, having supported their design, and to support on identifying, capturing, and winning new business. In addition to this, you will use your technical knowledge to act as an invaluable link between sales and technology.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee all management aspects for designated projects, including project planning; eliciting user, data, and deployment environment requirements; conducting feasibility assessments; creating deliverables; and ensuring stakeholder buy-in final as work progresses
- Manage the risks, issues, changes, and quality of the project, working with influence to remove blockers and impediments that affect the delivery team's performance using agile governance processes
- Measure and evaluate the project performance, value, and benefits.
- Work with the Product team to identify areas of the current project requirements that can be taken into core roadmap development.
What essential experience do you need?
- Project delivery experience in a relatable sector and business area
- Proven experience of product and / or project management working in consulting and professional services
- Ability to apply a mix of business knowledge and agile delivery practices to projects to achieve the best results
- The ability to establish trusting working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, including supporting sales and business development efforts
- The ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed team within a fast-paced, short turnaround work environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.

- An intro call with our Talent Partner to talk through the role and your experience (Phone)
- A phone screen with our hiring manager to dig deeper into your CV and bring the role and team to life (Teams 40 minutes)
- Office visit - During this stage we will invite you into our London HQ to meet with additional members of our Mission Engineering team. This will be an opportunity for you to ask and any questions to our team about what it is like to work here. (2 hours- In person at our London HQ)
