As a Sr Marketing Operations Manager-Lead Scoring, you will play a critical role in our marketing operations, driving insights through data analysis to optimize lead generation, scoring, and attribution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead scoring models, as well as analyzing attribution data to understand the effectiveness of our marketing channels and campaigns. Your work will directly impact our revenue growth and sales efficiency by ensuring that our teams are focused on the highest quality leads.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Design, develop, and refine lead scoring models to effectively prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert. Utilize a combination of demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data to assign lead scores.
  • Partner with IT on the build, testing and deployment of lead scoring features and models
  • Actively monitor and identify areas to optimize lead scoring models to support the improvement of conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel
  • Monitor lead follow-up and identify opportunities to refine the process for maximum speed and efficiency with a focus on scaling operations via automation
  • Evaluate potential data sources and signals for lead scoring models
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of attribution to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to lead generation, conversion rates, and customer journey. Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights for lead scoring and attribution models.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment on lead scoring methodologies, attribution models, and data interpretation. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales effectiveness
  • Document lead scoring models, attribution methodologies, and analysis procedures. Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead scoring, attribution, and data analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in these areas.

Education & Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in lead scoring, attribution analysis, or data analytics roles, preferably in a B2B marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Technical Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM  
  • Understanding of full funnel customer journey roadmap, trigger touchpoints and lead enablement motion.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and data visualization principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills paired with a strong sense of business operations.
