What You'll Do:
- Innovate & Build: Design, build, and maintain microservices using AWS for our Atlassian Cloud apps. Your work will empower teams around the globe!
- Problem Solver: Work hand-in-hand with product teams to tackle and resolve production issues, ensuring we meet our service level guarantees.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to our engineering best practices, ensuring our services are reliable and scalable.
- Full Lifecycle Management: From design to deployment, own the delivery of new functionalities with a focus on quality and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in at least one backend language (Java, Python, PHP, etc.) and one front-end JavaScript/TypeScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborate effortlessly across time zones and teams.
- Independent & Team Player: Capable of working independently and seeking help proactively. You're a team player at heart.
CI/CD Champion: Experience with continuous integration and delivery to streamline software deployment.
- Agile Enthusiast: Thrive in Agile environments, adapting quickly and efficiently.
- Cloud Aficionado: Experience with AWS and building cloud-based services. Familiarity with other cloud providers is a plus!
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of the Atlassian Ecosystem
- Building high-scale distributed systems
