Job Purpose: Engineering Manager - Development is responsible for building a team of highly skilled and high performing software developers. They should be adept in designing highly scalable architectures in cloud native environments and, should work closely with Head of Product Engineering to achieve outcomes. They should be proficient in at least two programming languages like Node.js / Python / Java.

Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing secure DevOps practices, focusing on automating processes, securing infrastructure, and optimizing workflows within a dynamic and evolving environment. They will will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the integration of security into every aspect of the DevOps lifecycle to build resilient, secure, and scalable systems.
