Lead - Design Coordination

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

End to end responsible for: • structural scheme decisions and assurance ensuring safe, efficient and buildable structures across projects. • in-house peer review of consultant deliverables (DBR, geotech, models, calcs, detailing, GFC) and closure of technical risks. • coordination with architecture/MEP/BIM for interface alignment and constructability. • managing structural consultant ecosystem and supporting execution deviations with controlled approvals.
