The future VP of Engineering will lead and scale our engineering team, ensuring seamless execution of our product roadmap while fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a strong technical leader who can align engineering efforts with business goals, optimize development processes, and drive innovation in AI and data infrastructure. As the VP of Engineering, you will collaborate closely with leadership team to shape our long-term technical vision, manage cross-functional dependencies, and attract top-tier talent to build cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Strategic Development

• Design strategic plan for product pipeline development in harmony with overall company's strategy

• Include product platform development milestones, timeline, resource needs

• Coordinate with sales & marketing, human resources, and technical teams to ensure broad alignment

• Co-develop technical strategy and technical roadmap with the leadership team

Engineering Execution

• Ensure appropriate implementation of agreed upon plans through structured methodologies and processes

• Prepare an evaluation system for development processes to maximize productivity and wellbeing of employees

• Coordinate with company leadership and development team(s) to ensure appropriate utilization of resources

• Account and manage interdependencies between product feature development, as well as between different teams

• Ensure compliance to company policies and regulations

Personnel Management

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding top talents

• Coach team members on career growth, technical skills, and leadership development

• Create a culture based on collaboration and mutual respect

• Take into account potential hybrid working model in the foreseeable future to ensure high levels of productivity and employee happiness
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role at a high‑growth technology company

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
