What Is Needed:
- Experience building and shipping applications in Kotlin on Android
- Experience as a mentor or an apprentice
- Curiosity to dive into the how and why of Kotlin, Android, and technology in general
- Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines or RxJava a plus
- Familiarity with iOS Development or server-side Kotlin a plus
- Leadership on software testing, unidirectional architectural patterns, and state management
- An ownership mentality – the Mobile team is small and has a high level of agency
- Fluency in other programming languages and platforms is nice, but not required
- The desire to make make life better for our customers
