Work Hours: Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST), 8 AM - 5 PM overlap required

Job Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing U.S.-based branded merchandise company, is looking for a Graphic Designer / Presentation Specialist to provide ongoing design support across presentations, ecommerce graphics, product mockups, and web assets. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, customer-facing visual content with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and brand consistency while contributing to the overall presentation and merchandising quality of both internal and client brands.

Responsibilities:

PowerPoint & Presentation Design

• Update and enhance existing PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
• Create clean, modern, and professionally branded decks from raw content or structured briefs
• Ensure consistent formatting, typography, layout, and visual alignment across presentations
• Transform rough inputs into polished, executive-level presentations
  

Product Mockups & Image Editing

• Create realistic, high-quality product mockups using apparel and promotional merchandise
• Apply customer branding and logos onto products (e.g., apparel such as polos, jackets, hats)
• Edit and enhance product imagery for customer presentations and approvals
• Ensure all outputs align with strict brand guidelines for both internal and external use
  

Ecommerce & Web Graphics

• Design homepage banners, promotional sliders, and ecommerce campaign visuals
• Create compelling product images optimized for ecommerce platforms
• Ensure all visuals are optimized for web performance (size, clarity, and usability)
• Support ongoing seasonal updates and promotional campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (or equivalent proven expertise)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proven experience creating product mockups (apparel strongly preferred)
• Proven experience designing ecommerce graphics and web assets
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines
• Fast turnaround capability and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong written English communication skills
• Must be fully available to work PST hours (8 AM – 5 PM overlap required)

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Experience in apparel, promotional products, or branded merchandise industries
• Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
• Basic understanding of branding, merchandising, and visual marketing principles
