You’ll collaborate with marketing, growth, and brand teams to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions. We value experimentation, speed, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact advertising creatives for paid social, display ads, landing pages, and campaigns
• Develop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand and performance goals
• Use AI-powered design tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate production workflows
• Adapt and optimize creatives based on performance data and feedback
• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams on campaign strategy
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Stay current with design trends, advertising formats, and emerging AI tools

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for performance marketing and A/B testing
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with brand strategy and conversion-focused design
• Experience working with startups or high-growth teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertisement-focused portfolio
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concepting)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital advertising formats (social media ads, banners, video thumbnails, etc.)
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
