Internship Overview
We are looking for interns to join us for our 2025Summer Internship Program! This 12-week program is set to begin June 2nd, so if you are looking for an incredible opportunity to partner with the best and brightest minds in the industry, apply today. This program has been designed with our interns in mind and includes structured learning plans, a dedicated buddy, and a focused capstone project that you will have the opportunity to present in our Internship Showcase!
 
What It’s Like Interning with Us!
Social Events— just because the internship is remote, doesn’t mean we don’t have time for fun! Recognizing the international nature of the program, we prioritize fostering global connection and networking opportunities among all the interns who participate. In the past, we have hosted remote events such as tie-dye shirt event, tiny camp fire—complete with smores(!!!), a murder mystery party, and so much more
Time with Executives— Interns all get a chance to connect with our executive team through panel discussions, 1:1s, Q&A meetings, and events
-Workshops & Leader Connects — Interns all participate in Leader Connects where they get to learn more about Leaders in HCLSoftware, as well as workshops geared towards new professionals
Opportunity to travel – we will be hosting a hybrid orientation! For those that are interested in being in person for orientation, we will fly you to your closest resident office.

Position Overview
The position involves integrating AI powered by Coveo into the customer chat experience. This integration will enhance the support process by providing personalized, AI-driven recommendations and solutions. It will provide accurate information based on data stored in Salesforce. The goal is to show how AI can improve customer support with easy and helpful conversations.

Capstone Overview
The capstone project focuses on integrating Coveo's AI-powered search functionality into a customer support chat system, leveraging its seamless integration with Salesforce. The goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing real-time, personalized recommendations and solutions during interactions. By utilizing Coveo’s advanced search and machine learning capabilities, the project aims to streamline support processes, improve response accuracy, and increase customer satisfaction. This integration represents a strategic solution to optimize customer service operations, reducing manual effort and enhancing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Coveo’s AI-powered search functionality into the customer chat system, ensuring seamless interaction with Salesforce
  • Optimize the AI-driven recommendation engine to provide real-time, personalized support to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service experience through AI and machine learning technologies
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas of improvement and enhance overall user satisfaction
  • Lead the capstone project, focusing on the integration of Coveo’s AI with Salesforce to optimize the customer support chat experience

Nice to haves:

  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in API integration
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including custom development, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with Coveo or other AI-powered search engines, including integration with third-party systems
  • Prior experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in customer support or service applications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, natural language processing, and chatbot development
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with AI models and data integration

Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Country of Employment

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
