Paid Media Coordinator

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is seeking a dynamic Paid Media Coordinator to support our paid media opportunities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person excited to support paid search and paid social advertising campaign builds, perform deep analyses, test new strategies, and help us exceed performance criteria in pay-per-click search marketing, paid social media, and video ads. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic performance media environment where every day is a new and exciting challenge for you to overcome!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support paid media projects across multiple verticals and platforms with a highly collaborative and dynamic digital marketing team
• Conduct daily analyses to determine paid search effectiveness and identify testing opportunities to continuously improve the program
• Perform routine optimization tasks (i.e. bid and budget management) and thorough search query analysis to increase campaign profitability.
• Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, under‐performance, or any other campaign related metrics
• Audit and QA campaign builds, settings, and structures to ensure accuracy
• Assist with project management and enablement to ensure deadlines are being met across a team of multiple people 
• Stay current with new paid media trends, software, emerging platforms, and industry best practices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in Paid Search marketing
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically with tables and data) and a desire to navigate and learn new functions
• Enthusiasm for in-depth data analysis, and utilizing findings for quick decision making
• Strong passion for working with a team and the ability to deliver and receive direct feedback
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong self-motivation, accountability, and sense of urgency

 BONUS POINTS

• Experience in Paid Social (Meta / TikTok / Reddit / etc.) marketing
• Experience in optimizing recently-created paid media accounts
• Google Analytics and other reporting knowledge
• Google Ads Management Tool Experience

Compensation: $47,250 - $63,000
