Job Description

To update and coordinate the transmission of department’s information and documents with the objective of developing successful Accor new projects, taking over and rebranding or renovate existing hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Preparing Project Validations, Brand Validations, Committee Program presentations for all Vietnam & Cambodia PME projects

Organizing and managing all projects’ records, brands standard and filing systems in a timely and professionally manner

Ensuring all HCSA payment schedules are well-managed and paid

Coordinating and communicating effectively with both external and internal teams in order to achieve the projects success

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of design, construction and project management is a plus

Hospitality, architecture, construction experience preferred

English: Full professional proficiency

Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat

Interpersonal skills and attention to details.
