Primary responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop our live chat, video chat, and contact center web applications, incorporating major new features and technologies.
- Perform continuous maintenance of the applications and underlying platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, delivering seamless and accessible user experiences.
- Design and build features through efficient coding and testing practices.
- Fix bugs and improve the application with a strong focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Engage with projects that may involve AI-powered conversational tools, data workflows, or integrations with emerging technologies, while focusing primarily on traditional frontend development.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, along with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
- Experience with single-page applications (SPAs) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, IVR systems, or contact center solutions is a plus.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Writing Webpack configurations.
- Building web accessibility features.
- Developing video chat or live chat applications.
- Working with LLM tools, AI integration workflows, or conversation design.
- Understanding customer service or contact center technology trends.
