Visual Designer Senior Analyst

Job Description

The designer focuses on the visual canvas. They are responsible for mastering static layouts, print specifications, branding, and standard digital outputs like foundational email layouts. They create on-brand assets for both internal and external marketing projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with project managers, fellow designers, art directors, and copywriters to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Primary responsibilities

• Deliver well-designed creative solutions aligned with creative briefs.
• Present ideas to creative director, other team members, and clients for feedback.
• Resource photography from internal or third-party sites to fulfill project needs.
• Color correct or edit photography as needed.
• Build extensive knowledge of AT&T brand guidelines and align projects accordingly.
• Prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects at one time.
• Prepare production-ready files for clients or vendors.

Core competencies & requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, design & visual comms, or similar.
• Three to five years’ experience with an agency or in-house team.
• Robust design portfolio displaying typography and a variety of media expertise. (Please attach your portfolio together with your résumé/CV.)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Deep understanding of print and digital production requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and growth mindset.
• Organized self-starter with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates agility with changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.
• Retouching experience a plus.
• Experience with project management systems (Workfront a plus).
