Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent automation solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices in software testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt testing approaches to evolving project needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
