Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing solutions, and ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of every project phase. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams toward achieving higher standards of control and integrity in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to optimize efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages and test automation tools.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation issues to maintain test reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
