Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and establishing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product requirements. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance the platform infrastructure, supporting the evolving needs of the organization and its projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in environment setup and automation to optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.
- Experience in deploying and managing automation pipelines for environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting and configuration management tools to support automation efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
