Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation of architectural frameworks and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture design principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse technology components to build cohesive systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
