About the role

As Solution Architect you will:

• Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications.

The role would need extensive experiences in:

• System/application implementation projects.
• Knowledge in Telecommunication industry Enterprise Architecture.
• Technology Program and Project Management practices
• Custom Development SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage business & technical requirements to help develop business solutions.
• Develop solutions and ensure development activities and quality meet both business and technical requirements and required development methods (e.g., waterfall, Agile).
• Coordinate and communicate project and development activities with different stakeholders, such as Program Managers, vendors and business customers.
• Comfortably negotiating technical aspects with the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information System/Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
• Minimum experience of 6 years as a Solution Architect and/or Technology Consultant.
• Exposure to Telecommunication Industry and knowledge related to CRM, Billing System, Fulfillment, or Business Process in Telecommunication Industry.
• Experience in IT Program Management with hands on experience in solutioning.
• Experience in System Integration and Application Development.
• Experience in solution architecting.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Preferably having certification on Enterprise Architecture, such as TOGAF, or any application development certifications.
