Buscamos uma pessoa Tech Lead Java para liderar decisões técnicas, apoiar o desenvolvimento do time e atuar na evolução de aplicações críticas em ambientes distribuídos de alta escala. Procuramos profissionais com sólida experiência em arquitetura de microsserviços, Java, Spring Framework, Kubernetes e liderança técnica, capazes de transformar desafios de negócio em soluções escaláveis e de alta qualidade.
O que você vai fazer no dia a dia
- Liderar tecnicamente o time de desenvolvimento.
- Definir e evoluir arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços.
- Atuar em decisões técnicas estratégicas e revisões de código.
- Garantir qualidade, performance e escalabilidade das aplicações.
- Apoiar a evolução técnica e o desenvolvimento da equipe.
- Traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções robustas e sustentáveis.
- Promover boas práticas de engenharia e governança técnica.
O que buscamos:
- Experiência sólida com Java 21+.
- Domínio de Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security e Spring Batch.
- Experiência com microsserviços, DDD e Kubernetes.
- Vivência em liderança técnica.
- Conhecimento de Angular e PostgreSQL.
- Experiência com Camunda.

- Service Mesh.
- SRE e Observabilidade.
