Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of relevant technologies and business functions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals that align with client objectives and support the overall business strategy. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and aligned with client expectations, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements and business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and client satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAS Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
