Job Description

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with the platform and hands-on expertise in at least one module such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or others. This role will contribute to the enhancement, optimization, and continued expansion of our environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize and extend applications, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, support platform stability, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing cycles, and release management activities.
• Support ongoing improvements, innovation, and the strategic growth of the platform.

 

Certifications

• Certified Administrator (CSA) - Required

 

 

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of hand-on experience as a Developer.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one module (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or others).
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript), workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and their application within .
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

 

 

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in both technical and non-technical settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Additional certifications (CAD,ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
• Experience in Now Assist/AI Agents
