How you will make an impact

• Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver robotics programming solutions effectively
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key technical and business decisions
• Design and implement solutions for order and recipe management, production reporting, inventory control, and quality assurance
• Standardize and automate manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications with measurable outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and processes

Provide expert guidance and solve complex challenges across teams

What you need to succeed

• Advanced proficiency in Robotics Programming
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Basic data analysis knowledge
• Advanced process optimization capabilities
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
