Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain project momentum. The position demands proactive problem-solving to address challenges that arise during project delivery, while continuously optimizing processes and leveraging available tools and training to enhance overall project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premise applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security and access issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
