Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents. Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
