Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves thoroughly validating software solutions by executing tests aligned with specified requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The objective is to ensure that the final product is dependable and meets user expectations, contributing to smooth and successful software releases. Collaboration and attention to detail are key throughout the daily activities to maintain high standards of quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, defects, and test results.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing and Manual and Mobile Application Application testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using defect management tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess software quality and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development and delivery teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
