Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the stability and reliability of systems. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Management.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using Mulesoft tools.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in streamlining integration processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
