Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues ensuring high availability.
- Experience working with low-code platforms and automation tools to streamline application management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
