Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management.
- Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability.
- Good problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application behavior.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
