Job Description

THE WORK

Join Project LUCIDA as part of our Media & Graphics Design team and help transform creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready artwork.

You will work across packaging, print, promotional, and marketing materials, ensuring every deliverable meets brand standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, managing artwork throughout its lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and deliver high-quality, production-ready artwork for packaging, labels, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Adapt creative designs into print-ready files, ensuring accuracy across text, graphics, colors, dimensions, barcodes, dielines, and legal content.
• Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, labeling standards, and technical specifications.
• Perform prepress verification and prepare files for different printing processes, applying knowledge of color management, CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, trapping, and packaging specifications.
• Manage artwork revisions, version control, approval workflows, and documentation throughout the artwork lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external print suppliers to resolve technical and production challenges.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Prepress Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in artwork production, graphic design, prepress, packaging artwork, print production, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional.
• Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes.
• Knowledge of color management, dielines, bleeds, trapping, packaging specifications, and barcode verification.
• Ability to work with technical specifications while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with artwork management systems such as Esko WebCenter, BLUE, Loftware, or similar.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, or document management systems.
• Knowledge of Direct Mail preparation processes and North American print formats.
• Experience with page imposition, preflight processes, color correction, and print provider color profiles.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Food, Pharma, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods.
• Experience working with external printers and production suppliers.
