Summary:
In the role of a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adjusting advanced language models to better align with specific instructions and specialized domains. This includes working closely with various datasets and contexts to improve the model's accuracy and applicability. The role requires continuous evaluation and adaptation of the models to ensure they meet the evolving needs of different applications, fostering innovation and precision in language understanding and generation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments ensuring seamless deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks related to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize UI components for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with content management systems and their integration with UI development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- This position is based at BDC14A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
