Project Role Description : Fine-tunes Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts.

Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of the models. Collaboration with various teams to align model outputs with project goals and to address challenges in model performance is a key aspect of daily activities. The position demands a proactive approach to experimenting with model fine-tuning techniques and integrating feedback to ensure the models meet the desired standards in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), GitHub, Docker (Software), AWS AI Services Python Framework (Advanced) , LangGraph/LangChain, Langfuse,Microservices Architecture, Terraform, CI/CD, REST API, GitHub/Jira, Code Review.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing cloud-native AI services to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Strong expertise in model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experience with cloud-based AI service platforms to deploy and manage language models effectively.
- Familiarity with containerization and version control tools to streamline development workflows.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to enhance model training and evaluation.
- Skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
