Summary:
As an LLM Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses, ensuring that the outputs align closely with the intended use cases. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve model accuracy and applicability, working closely with various teams to integrate these models effectively into broader systems and applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into model fine-tuning strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Document methodologies and results to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting large language models to specific domains and instructions.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for model deployment and integration.
- Experience with data preprocessing and augmentation to enhance model training.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
