You Are

A Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS Cloud, and DevOps practices, along with experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications across their lifecycle.

You have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native solutions while working in Agile environments. In addition to technical expertise, you have experience leading and managing teams across onshore and offshore delivery models and driving successful outcomes within an Application Maintenance Services (AMS) environment.

You are passionate about innovation and actively leverage Generative AI and emerging AI technologies to improve engineering productivity, automate processes, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance service quality. You have experience identifying opportunities for AI adoption and implementing solutions such as intelligent automation, RAG-based applications, AI assistants, agentic workflows, and workflow automation.

You collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and support teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while continuously improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

You understand both software engineering and application support principles, enabling you to contribute across development, enhancement, maintenance, support, and modernization initiatives.

The Work

You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and enhancing modern web and cloud-native applications. You will contribute to both software engineering and Application Maintenance Services (AMS) activities while helping teams adopt modern development, DevOps, and AI-driven practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and modern cloud-native architectures.

  • Lead full-stack application development initiatives following engineering best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines.

  • Manage Application Maintenance Services (AMS) operations, including incident management, service requests, problem management, root cause analysis, release support, and continuous service improvement.

  • Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery locations while ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve production issues, and improve service performance.

  • Establish and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational observability.

  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices for scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and introduce AI-powered solutions to streamline development, testing, support, and operational processes.

  • Lead the implementation of Generative AI initiatives including intelligent assistants, workflow automation, agentic solutions, RAG architectures, MCP integrations, and productivity accelerators.

  • Drive service reliability through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, capacity planning, and problem management activities.

  • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to modernize legacy applications and improve maintainability.

  • Support release planning, deployment validation, production stabilization, and post-release monitoring activities.

  • Establish operational KPIs, service-level metrics, system health indicators, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership during major incidents, crisis management situations, and production recovery efforts.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across engineering and support teams.

Here's What You Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or support roles.

  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and microservices.

  • Experience developing and supporting applications on AWS.

  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and release management.

  • Experience working within an Application Maintenance Services (AMS) model.

  • Experience leading or managing teams across onshore and offshore delivery locations.

  • Practical experience using Generative AI tools and technologies to improve development, support, or operational processes.

  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automation, and service delivery.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts including Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, workflow automation, and LLM-powered solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • This is a hybrid role and will require atleast 3 days per week in the office. Location : Mississauga, ON, Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Application Maintenance Services (AMS) engagements.

  • Experience implementing AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and engineering productivity.

  • Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture, modernization, and migration programs.

  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and operational excellence frameworks.

  • Experience implementing DevOps transformation initiatives and cloud operating models.

  • Experience managing globally distributed engineering and support teams.

  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

  • Experience supporting highly regulated environments with security, compliance, and audit requirements.

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.

  • Experience driving innovation programs focused on AI, automation, productivity improvement, and process optimization.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
