Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. THE WORK:
- You’ll be developing standardized cost reporting to review and validate colocation base-building construction costs across ROM, schematic, and construction phases.
- You’ll be validating mechanical scope against demarcation matrices and identifying deviations, cost impacts, and assumptions.
- You’ll be preparing WBS-aligned cost reports and summaries for Site & Shell, Increment 0, and Increment 1–N phasing.
- You’ll be benchmarking data center construction costs against market intelligence and parametric data, including value engineering options.
- You’ll be tracking design changes between estimate revisions and reporting cost and schedule impacts.
- You’ll be coordinating with internal commodity teams to support accurate mechanical cost evaluations.
- You’ll be partnering with client and internal teams (ELS, Central Estimating) to align on estimating strategy and program costs.
- You’ll be producing high-level ROM estimates to support CAPEX planning and pipeline projects.
- You’ll be developing cost models and tools to improve estimate accuracy and benchmarking.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8+ years of cost management or estimating experience
- Data Center Construction exp is a must
- Experience as a Cost Manager/Estimator with large-scale infrastructure projects
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, Excel, and Accubid software
- Strong capabilities in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (Sustainability)
- Experience estimating Electrical in both MV and Low voltage (480v / 277v, 120 / 208)
- Familiarity with estimating Fire Alarm, Security, EPMS, Telecom, Fiber
- 2+ years of on-site field experience
- Industrial experience (Food & Beverage, Laboratories, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Manufacturing, Agriculture)
- Conceptual and hard roll estimating skills
- Ability to provide value engineering options
- Proficient in market trends
- Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders
- Work alongside CSA and Mechanical estimators to provide one combined estimate for the client
